Currently serving as President & Co-Founder of American Realty Consulting, he specializes in realty joint ventures and boutique equity capital raises.

 

Previously, Steven led Strategic Acquisitions International, overseeing subsidiaries in cannabis, hemp, and consumer wellness, successfully developing a premium THC beverage that scaled to $1.5M in sales across 600+ retail outlets. His career spans leadership roles across multiple industries—including healthcare platforms, entertainment technology, and international marketing firms—where he has consistently driven growth, secured funding, and built strategic alliances.

 

With a background as a licensed investment banker and fund-raising specialist for emerging growth companies, Steven combines deep capital markets expertise with hands-on entrepreneurial leadership, helping businesses scale and adapt in fast-changing industries.
