Carolyn is the broker for both Sebastian Realty™ and Mac Evoy Real Estate Co. and is completely immersed in the day to day activities that residential and commercial brokerage entails. She is passionate about exceeding the firm’s client’s expectations and is thrilled to have a dynamic and competant roster of dedicated, licensed Sales Associates.

With nearly 27 years of brokerage experience, Carolyn brings a wealth of transactional knowledge and problem solving abilities to each transaction. Schooled in both residential and commercial deals, Carolyn helps each person to sell or buy in an effortless way –to give peace of mind to her varied clientele.

Living and working on the Treasure Coast area has enabled her to really take a deep dive into all of the wonderful amenities located within Indian River, St Lucie, Brevard and Martin counties. Whether it is resort style living, tennis or golf, boating or biking that a purchaser wants to enjoy –Carolyn and her excellent team of seasoned area professionals are well versed on many luxury communities. Education and Background:
Carolyn received a BA degree from Rutgers University in English and Art History, and later went to Seton Hall University for an MA in Public and Corporate Communication.

Hobbies and Interests:
Cooking and eating seem to be at the top of the list. From a family of admitted “foodies,” Carolyn delights in the culinary treasures located within the communities she serves and makes a wonderful tour guide! Preserving nature and enjoying nature are close seconds to food –and just relaxing in the outdoors is a daily activity.
